The things people ask
What file do you need from me?
A standard GPX track export from Strava, Garmin Connect, COROS, Suunto or Apple Fitness. If you only have a screenshot or the official route, tell us — we can usually rebuild it.
How accurate is the elevation relief?
We sample a high-resolution elevation model along your exact track, then apply a vertical exaggeration chosen for the terrain — road routes get a subtle lift, trail and mountain stay closer to true scale. Distance and elevation gain on the piece come from your file.
How long does an order take?
Made to order. Current lead time is 6–10 working days for framed pieces, plus shipping.
Where do you ship and how much is it?
For now we ship only within Greece, with tracked couriers, free on every order.
Can I return a custom piece?
Because each piece is printed and painted for one specific route and person, custom orders aren't returnable unless they arrive damaged or differ from the proof you approved — in which case we remake or refund, your call.
Do you do club and event orders?
Yes — podium sets, pace-team gifts, whole-field mini reliefs. Use the form above with "Club or bulk order" and rough numbers, and we'll send pricing and a timeline.
